Visually Verified Views are generated by using photos of a prospective site taken by specific cameras and lenses together with data from surveyors to produce completely accurate photo-montages of proposed buildings and how they sit in their current environment. These can be useful in general massing exercises but are mainly used during the planning process to show the visual impact a building will have. JKvisuals has produced literally hundreds of verified views for architects and landscape architects, the majority going into LVIA (Landscape Visual Impact Assessment) documents submitted by developers during the planning process. Verified views can be a simple dashed wireframe or fully rendered, completely realistic representation of how a development will look. We know the process very well and have worked with surveyors and landscape architects many times so the entire procedure is as smooth as possible.
Landscape architects find it particularly useful to be able to show how planting will look in the future so we produce a lot of ‘projected’ views showing planting at year 0, year 5, year 10 and year 15 depending on the specific needs of the project. We have thousands of tree and shrub species at different stages of growth to ensure the most realistic outputs possible.
We always make sure we’re 100% compliant with the Landscape Institute’s strict guidelines when producing these to ensure completely accurate and legally acceptable images.
If your practice needs verified views then do get in touch and we’d love to meet you.
